Northwestern College Athletics

2018: national qualifier during both the indoor and outdoor seasons; placed 27th in shot put (indoor) and 20th in discus (outdoor); 2x all-conference; competed in 13 meets with 15 top 10 finishes; won the shot put at the Dennis Young Invite.

2017: all-conference and national qualifier in the shot put; eight top-10 finishes, including three first place finishes.

2016: did not compete

2015: national qualifier in the shot put; earned all-conference honors with a sixth place finish in the shot put (indoor/outdoor); 11 top-10 finishes; earned two first place finishes.

High School: multi-sports standout who lettered three years for the West Lyon High School football team; totaled 25 tackles, 10 for a loss, and eight sacks in earning second team all-state honors his senior year; on offensive, caught eight passes for 258 yards and two touchdowns, averaging over 30 yards per reception; led West Lyon to a perfect 14-0 record and the state championship in 2013; also earned all-state honors in leading the Wildcats to the state title in basketball.

Academic: Agri-Business major. Personal: son of Mark and Sue; brother to Amy; also played for the Red Raider football team; earned all-conference honors as a senior.
