Seth Wolles joined the Northwestern athletic department in August 2020 as the Director of Athletic Training, with his main sport coverage being the Red Raider football, track and field, and wrestling programs. He oversees the NWC Athletic Training department and serves as a preceptor for athletic training students. 

He provided coverage, and oversaw student help, to the 2022 NAIA football national champions, the Red Raider football team. Furthermore, he has been the lead AT for the football program who has reached the NAIA national championship game in three of his four seasons at Northwestern (2020, 2022-23).

From 2015 to 2020, Wolles served as the Head Athletic Trainer at fellow Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) institution, Briar Cliff University in Sioux City. Prior to his stint at BCU, he worked at CNOS in Dakota Dunes, S.D.

He graduated from Augustana University (S.D.) with a degree his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training, while earning a graduate degree from Wayne State College (Neb.) in 2017.

Originally from Hartford, S.D., Wolles currently resides in Le Mars, Iowa with his wife, Jess. Seth and Jess welcomed their first child, Henry, to the world on August 22, 2022.
