2022: played in 45 games wtih 37 starts 

2021: appeared in 8 games with 4 starts pitching, playing 35 games with 25 starts as an infielder 

2020: played in 17 games with 11 starts, both as an infielder and pitcher; ranked second in innings pitched (20.1); tied for team lead in wins (2). 

2019: appeared in 13 games with six starts on the mound; ranked third on the team in innings pitched (47.1); totaled two complete games; played in 25 games with seven starts in the infield. 

High School: standout five-year career for Estherville Lincoln Central High School; 2x INA All-State and three time all-conference / all district; helped lead team to the state tournament as a senior, ending with 25-4 record; led team with 7-2 record and 1.45 ERA; hit .419 with 28 RBI and 23 runs scored; hit a team-best .409 with 27 RBIs and 27 runs scored in earning first team all-state honors as a junior; on the mound, Olesen struck out 91 in 73.2 innings and allowed just 46 hits, nine earned runs leading to a 0.86 ERA; led team to the state tournament and finish with a 23-7 overall team record.     Signing Day Release |
