Men’s 4x400 Qualifies for National Meet with Last Chance Win

VERMILLION, S.D. – Northwestern sent five individual events and two relays to the USD Twilight with a chance to improve their qualifying marks or earn a bid to the NAIA Championships.

The men's 4x400m relay team of Aziah Ashley, Vance Hayenga-Johnson, Carson Van Sickle, and Grant Palmer won the event to qualify for the NAIA Championships, running a mark of 3:14.67.

One week removed from setting a new program record at the GPAC Championships, the women's 4x100m team placed second with a mark of 48.24, this time with the team of Aleigh Zettle, Emma Blum, Erin Heusinkveld, and Tierney Huss.
