The game remained scoreless through the fourth inning, with both teams managing to get runners on base but unable to score. How It Happened
Northwestern bounced back with a 6-0 win over Concordia to advance to day two of the GPAC tournament.

The Raiders scored all six of their runs in the third and fourth frames, combining timely hitting with stellar pitching.

After a scoreless two innings, Raiders capitalized on a series of defensive miscues by Concordia in the third. Sydney Jacobs scored the first run on a passed ball after previously reaching on a one-out single to make it 1-0. Tatum Schmalbeck followed with a two-RBI base hit to center, making it 3–0 after the third inning.

Northwestern extended its lead in the fourth inning. Jori Hajek doubled and later scored, with Aly Vortherms also crossing home plate on a wild pitch. Chloe Gallegos delivered an RBI single in a pinch-hit situation, bringing in another run and increasing the lead to 6–0 after the fourth.

The Raiders' pitching and defense maintained the shutout through the remaining innings, allowing no runs and only five hits throughout the game.
