18 Men’s Individuals Finish in Top-10 at Dordt Indoor Open

SIOUX CENTER, Iowa – Northwestern picked up 18 top-10 finishes and three wins in Sioux Center on Saturday, led by Braden Kalvelage and Carson Van Sickle.

Kalvelage won the long jump for the 13^th time in his college career and also took a win in the 200m. Carson Van Sickle, in his first career 800m, won the event with a time of 1:56.40. Northwestern dominated the 800, with both Carson and Payton Van Sickle finishing top-five, while Tommy Tracy, Jacob Kalkwarf, and Seth Vander Sluis rounded out the 8-10 spots.

The high jump also had a strong showing from the Raiders, as Drew Geetings led the way with a podium finish and Mike Rodriguez and Coltin Vargas tied for sixth.
