Northwestern Drops First Road Match

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa – Northwestern had its first road test of the season, facing (RV) Bellevue (Neb.) at Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs.

The Bruins struck three times in the first half, breaking a 0-0 tie at 33' before gaining a 3-0 halftime advantage with two additional scores in the next 10 minutes.

Bellevue added on to its lead in the second half, scoring two more as the Raiders were held scoreless for the first time this season.

GAME NOTES Up Next: Northwestern will host William Penn (Iowa) on Friday at 5:00 p.m. in the first match of the 2024 Pizza Ranch Classic.
