Grev To Play Football At Northwestern

Tuesday, February 25, 2020

Isaac Grev (Odin, Minn.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career at Northwestern College this fall.

Grev is a 6'3", 290-pound offensive / defensive lineman who enjoyed a standout three-year career playing for the Mountain Lake High School football team. Grev earned first team all-state honors and was named the 9-Southwest Sub District Lineman of the Year after leading his team to a perfect 14-0 record, finished off with a state championship, as a senior. He finished his career a two-time, first-team all-conference pick and was named to the academic all-district team. An honor roll student, Grev plans to study Business at Northwestern. He is the son of David and Kendra.

"Issac is a big, strong and very talented lineman," said Northwestern Head Coach Matt McCarty. "He had an impressive, dominant high school career, highlighted by winning the state title as a senior. We are thrilled to have Isaac join our Red Raider football team and look forward to the contributions he will make on our team and on campus."
