Box Score Northwestern College scored five goals in a rout of Presentation College Friday night.  

The Raiders push their win streak to a season-high four matches and improve to 6-3 in the GPAC, 8-3 overall; Presentation falls to 0-6 in conference play, 0-6 overall. 

Presentation played well in the first half hour of the match, keeping the Raider attack just at the door. The Saint's defenders did a great job blocking shots and cleaning up corner NWC corners. The Raiders easily held off any Presentation counter-attack and kept most of the possession in the first half.

The Raider breakthrough came in the 37th minute off a Matt Roll corner once again finding Adam De Boer's head. The Raiders doubled their tally 6 minutes later in the 43rd minute off a goal from Ryan Wager. Tim Kaltenberger had the assist on the goal with a long through ball. 

Northwestern, coming off their second game in three days, started to put in some of their subs at halftime but were still able to keep the pressure on the Saints with a goal in the 57th minute off a great hustle play by Philippe Patri who chipped a ball back towards the center of the eighteen yard box for a volley finish by James Bolger. He then added a second on the day off an assist by Juan Mackrey in the 61st minute. 

The Raiders finished off the night with a goal in the 81st minute with a nice goal from Jonas Tiensvold off a hard and low cross from Johannes Von Saldern. 

Northwestern takes the field next against Mount Marty University on Saturday, November, 14th. Kickoff is slated for 7:15pm.
