Grant To Play Football At Northwestern

Jawan Grant (Kansas City, Mo.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career at Northwestern College next fall.

Grant is a 5'11", 280-pound offensive / defensive lineman who played three years for Park Hill High School. Grant earned all-conference honors and helped his team to the state playoffs as a senior. He plans to major in Sports Management at Northwestern and is the son of Sarah and Darryl Blevins.

"Jawan is a big, powerful offensive lineman who has the ability to make an immediate impact on our football team," commented Northwestern Head Coach Matt McCarty. "We are excited to have Jawan join our Red Raider football program and look forward to working with him over the next four years."
