Mark Grant (
Kansas City, Mo.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career at Northwestern College next year.
Grant is a 5'10", 235-pound offensive lineman who played two years for Park Hill High School. Grant was part of a team that qualified for state, losing in the first round to finish with a 5-5 record. He earned honorable mention all-conference honors and received the Leadership Award. Grant was an academic all-state selection and plans to major in Athletic Training at Northwestern. He is the son of Barry and Cathie.
"Mark is an excellent addition to our program," stated Northwestern Head Coach
Matt McCarty. "He has good size, is strong at the point of attack and has a nice frame. Mark is an outstanding young man who will continue to grow as a football player under Coach Sambol (o-line coach)."
