Northwestern earned its first duel win of the season, defeating Dordt 69.25 - 67, in a competition held in Sioux Center this evening. The Red Raiders are now 1-1 on the season.

Both judges scored Northwestern best in the pom with 10.5 and 11 points while totaling 10 and 9.5 points in jazz. They also scored well in choreography (4), performance impression (4) and musicality (4). 

Northwestern is scheduled to next perform at halftime of the Concordia basketball game on Feb. 2.
