The Red Raider Women's Soccer program signed Julie Dunlap to join their program in 2019. It is the program's fourth committed recruit of the 2019 class.

Dunlap (Des Moines, Iowa) is a 5'3'' midfielder and current student of Dowling Catholic High School. Dunlap has been a 2 year, soon to be 3 year, starter for Maroons and was a 1st Team All-Conference player this last season along with 2^nd-Team All-District and All State honors. The Maroons finished 5th place at state this past season. 

"We are extremely excited to have Julie join us next fall," commented head coach Ben Karnish. "She is a top quality player, teammate, and student and will make an impact on Northwestern in many ways. She is a player that can contribute in many ways playing in the midfield and will be a fun player to watch at the college level."
Julie is also a National Honor Society member and a 3-year Presidential Honor Roll member. She is undecided on her major choice at this point.
