Game Time...(RV) Northwestern College plays host to College of Saint Mary (Neb.) for the final home conference doubleheader of the regular season. First pitch of game one is scheduled for 5pm. Northwestern is currently tied with Morningside for second place in the GPAC standings with an 11-3 record, 26-7 overall. College of Saint Mary is currently ninth in the GPAC with a 4-10 record, 13-23 overall.

All-Time...Northwestern is 12-8 all-time against College of Saint Mary, dating back to the first ever match-up in 2002. The Red Raiders, however, are just 2-8 over the last 10 games against the Flames, splitting last year with an 8-1 win and a 5-1 loss in game two.

CSM has won three of their last five games and swept Briar Cliff last time out, 2-0 and 9-3, both in nine innings. They are in ninth place in the GPAC with a 4-10 record, 13-23 overall, with six games left to play in the regular season. The Flames also have split against Mount Marty and Doane for their other two wins in GPAC play.

Coach Bray is in her third season as the head of the Flames' softball program after serving as an assistant with St.Mary's of Minnesota for nine years. Bray returns six position players and her top three pitchers from a 2017 team that finished tied for sixth in the GPAC with a 9-11 record, 16-24 overall.
