Jared Gerdes (
Chandler, Ariz.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career at Northwestern College next year.
Gerdes is a 6'2", 270-pound offensive and defensive lineman who played multiple seasons for Basha High School. Gerdes earned both all-region and all-CUSD (Chandler Unified School District) honors and was academic all-state selection. He plans to major in Finance/Accounting at Northwestern and is the son of Jathan and Julie.
"Jared is an outstanding addition to our offensive line," said Northwestern head coach
Matt McCarty. "He has good size and will bring a high-level of physicality to our line. We are excited to have Jared come be part of our Red Raider football program."
