Northwestern College played Morningside College Wednesday evening. Northwestern lost the contest 1-2. Â Northwestern falls to 7-9 overall and now 4-4 in the conference.
Northwestern College got on the scoreboard first when Tyler Limmer scored his 13th goal of the year in the 15th minute off a free kick.
At the half Raiders held a 1-0 lead.
Second half belonged to the Mustangs as in the final ten minutes Morningside was able to score twice and defeated the Raiders 2-1.
Northwestern took seven shots, while Morningside took 12 shots.
Northwestern is currently tied for 5th in the conference standings with a 4-4 record.
