Bultman Center
The Bultman Center for Health, Physical Education and Intercollegiate Athletics houses the athletics, physical education and health services departments of the college. Built in 1995, it features a wood-floored gymnasium for basketball and volleyball that seats 2,200 and is used for wrestling as well. Also contained in the facility are a wrestling room, locker rooms, athletic training rooms, a laundry/equipment room, classrooms, and a cheer/dance/aerobics room.
In 2021, the Bultman Center underwent renovations to incorporate the new Northwestern College athletics identity. The first phase of Bultman Center renovations totaled $2.25 million, including a new gym floor and new bleachers installed throughout the venue. Cosmetic changes utilizing the athletic department's new branding have been implemented in the gymnasium as well as the lobby and hallway areas. Game day now features a brand-new three-piece Daktronics scorers table with LED screens.
The new Bultman Center floor has been named after the Den Hartogs following the lead gift from John and Ann Den Hartog.
