  • Roberts (Sr., Urbandale, Iowa) had his best start of the season, picking up his third win in a complete-game performance.
  • He surrendered just three hits, tying his career-high in strikeouts with 11.
  • It marked the fourth time in his career that he has struck out 11 batters.
