FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Emily Haverdink, Women's Cross Country
  • Haverdink (Fr., Orange City, Iowa) placed second at Saturay's GPAC Championships, Northwestern's first top-five finisher since 2017 and highest finish since 2010.
  • It was the third sub-19:00 8K for Haverdink this season, earning her all-conference honors and a spot at the NAIA national meet.
  • This is the third weekly honor for the freshman runner.
