MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Lorenzo Jones, Men's Track & Field

Jones had a performance to remember on the biggest stage of the year, by far.
He notched a new NWC Outdoor record of 15.05m in the Triple Jump inside the Blue Oval over the weekend.
The mark also hit the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) 'A' mark, earning him a spot at the NAIA Outdoor Championships.
Of the 25 competitors, the sophomore was the highest-finishing NAIA athlete in the event at 10^th.
On the year, Jones is the third male track & field athlete to earn the weekly Raider honors.
