FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Stella Winterfeld, Volleyball
  • Winterfeld (Jr., Sioux Center, Iowa) helped lead her team to a national runner-up finish last week totalling just under five kills per set.
  • The junior led the team in total kills over the semifinal and championship matches with 34, while also adding 22 digs, three blocks, and an ace.
  • For her performance at nationals, Winterfeld was named All-Tournament Team and Attacker of the Tournament.
