FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Zavyr Metzger, Volleyball
  • Metzger (Sr., Larchwood, Iowa) showed why she was once again GPAC DPOY notching nine blocks in the NAIA Opening Round.
  • The senior helped lead her squad to a 3-0 sweep over Saint Xavier (Ill.) to return to NAIA pool play in Sioux City.
  • Metzger also continues to hit efficiently with four kills on 10 attacks.
