FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Maddy Sampson, Volleyball
  • Sampson (So., Worthington, Minn.) was dominant in the GPAC tournament posting 23 kills on .584 hitting and six blocks over the last two games.
  • The sophomore posted a career and team high 14 kills with no errors against Dakota Wesleyan in the semifinal match while adding three blocks.
  • Sampson was quieter on the offensive front in the championship over Concordia with nine kills, but it included the match-winner in set four.
