Four Raiders Claim NAIA Women's Soccer Scholar Athletes Honors

Four Northwestern College women's soccer players were named NAIA Scholar Athlete as announced by the national office. A total of 578 student athletes from across the NAIA received the academic honor.

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.

Ginny Kjer (Junior) Ottumwa, Iowa - Ginny is majoring in Spanish.

Bethany Muyskens (Junior) Sheldon, Iowa- Bethany is majoring in Biology Health Professions.

Regan Scott (Junior) Sioux Falls, S.D. - Regan is majoring in Business Finance.

Tamra Wielenga (Junior) Orange City, Iowa - Tamra is majoring in Accounting and Business Administration.
