Zachary Lindsey (Lincoln, Neb.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career at Northwestern College.
Lindsey is a 5’9”, 242-pound offensive/defensive lineman who played four years for Elmwood-Murdock High School. Lindsey totaled 50 stops in seven games, including 11 solo tackles, to earn all-state honorable mention honors for the second consecutive year. A two-time all-conference selection, Lindsey was named the team’s most valuable defensive lineman three years. He plans to major in sports management at Northwestern and is the son of Charles Lindsey.
“Zach is a strong, physical defensive lineman,” commented head Northwestern coach Matt McCarty. “He had a very good high school career and we look forward to his potential at the college level.”
